When I heard that Santo was a New Mexican restaurant owned by New Mexican owners, I knew I had to go. The decoration is inspired by New Mexican culture. It’s very busy even on weeknights. I’ve been three times and all dishes haven’t disappointed me yet. Drinks are alright, not exceptional. The portion is very filling with all the carbs, but everything is so tasty. While their chili is spicy to an extent, it’s nowhere as spicy as what I’ve had in New Mexico, so it’s tolerable and I highly recommend people to try their dishes.

A friend and I had a delightful dinner during Happy Hour at Santo. Amos, our server was super friendly and helpful, guiding us on menu options. We had chips with 3 delicious salsas, media lunas, seared fish tacos and yummy house margaritas. Amos gave us fair warning that the fish tacos were very spicy. We thought we could handle the heat but had to get a side of sour cream. They were very spicy yet flavorful, delicious with added sour cream. Also worthy of note, it’s out of the melee of downtown Boulder in a strip mall with free parking. We will definitely be back.

Really good food. Absolutely love the smothered quesadilla. Drinks are good too
Fun atmosphere and is usually crowded during the week, which is always a good sign.

One of the better breakfast burritos I've had. I think it beats out Bonfire and that's a heavy statement to make. Got the special for the AM which was a Pork Adovada w/ eggs beans and tots. So damn delicious! Large portion, some of everything in each bite, and it all got eaten in one sitting.Full, happy belly for hours.the hot salsa was amazing, too. Will hit this place up anytime we're in Boulder in the morning.

I was here with my friend and we had lovely patio drinks and tacos, it's one of my favorite places to go for a Santa Fe type vibe and a nice modern and fresh take. I had the shrimp tacos which were awesome and the rotating fruit fresca marg which was so tasty and is so nice that it's always different. We love to pop by any time we're in the area!

My experience at Santo was exceptional! My boyfriend and I went there for an anniversary/valentines date. The service was very attentive and unobtrusive (it’s been a few weeks, so I don’t remember her name, but she had awesome glitter). The food was great as well. The queso fundido was delicious, And we also got tacos and the ribs. Everything was delicious, and we were even excited to eat our leftovers. The restaurant itself was very cute and had a great environment. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great night guys!

A good friend of mine has been bugging me relentlessly to try this place out, and this afternoon the time finally arrived.
I really like their layout, which is perfect for any occasion, and the decor, and ambience.
Plenty of gluten-free options for folks like myself. I had the Lamb Tacos, with beans and rice. They were the best lamb tacos that I have ever had. WOW!
The food was of high quality, fresh, plentiful, and very tasty. Wonderful service from Alexis, and James. They made me feel like a very welcomed guest.
Super-impressed, and I'll be taking my family there next week

Enjoyed my first sit down experience at Santo. I've had the breakfast burritos and loved those. Though I wish I could get them after 11.
Service was well paced and informative.
Loved loved loved the blue corn chips and smoked pineapple salsa.
Everything we had was well priced not too much food as we had desert as well.
Will definitely be back.

First off, beautiful work on the interior - classy New Mexico decor.
As expected, it was pretty quiet when we went in for lunch on a Monday. We were attended to swiftly and professionally.
Everything was great that we ordered. Perfectly spiced with depth of flavor. The red chili on the enchiladas was outstanding and the pozole was one of the best I’ve had.
The only criticism I would have is that the tacos were delicious, but the portion was a little too small for the price. Tacos were a great size, but I felt like a small portion of rice and beans should be included at the price.
